Influencer-backed high-protein KFC meals drop in Australia
Australian fans of the Colonel’s special recipe can now enjoy a Zinger Protein Pack or Zinger Protein Bowl – but only until 2 March, 2026.
Backed by Aussie fitness and nutrition influencers, including Chris William and Eating With Chloe, these high-protein KFC meals deliver 40g or more of the muscle-building macronutrient in each portion – perfect for post-workout fuel or a filling lunch that hits big on flavour.
KFC’s Zinger Protein Bowl
KFC’s Zinger Protein Bowl features a spicy Zinger fillet served on a bed of crunchy slaw, topped with KFC’s signature supercharged sauce.
The bowl packs a solid 44 grams of protein, making it one of the highest-protein items on the KFC menu right now.
It’s priced at $11.45 on its own, or $15.45 as a combo with regular chips and a drink.

And for anyone craving a proper KFC burger – like Tate Moffat – you’ve got the Zinger Protein Pack meal deal: a Zinger Power Burger with a spicy fillet, crunchy slaw, and signature KFC sauce, served with a Supercharged Power Slider in soft flatbread. All dished up alongside a regular Pepsi Max.
The full meal delivers around 40g of protein and costs $11.95, making it a tasty, high-protein option that fits in the ‘dirty bulk’ category – and won’t blow your budget.
Both high-protein KFC meals are available until 2 March, in-store and via the KFC app at participating locations across Australia.
